To ensure that all guests have a pleasant apartment, we ask that you adhere to the following house rules. By moving into our apartment you accept these house rules.

Both telephone and written reservations are only reserved for 3 days without a deposit/full payment and will subsequently be canceled if no payment is received. Once payment has been received, the booking is valid for the desired date and the reservation is confirmed.

Available from 4:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us.

Unfortunately not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in the stairwell. Ashtrays are available on the terrace.

To prevent excessive moisture and mold formation, please ensure that the rooms are adequately ventilated (impulse ventilation). This particularly applies to the bedrooms and the bathroom. After showering, wipe the shower stall dry.

We ask you to keep your garbage separated into organic waste, residual waste, paper, glass and cans.

The separation containers provided for this purpose are in the yard.

Until 9:30 a.m. Please contact us for later departures.

The refrigerator should be emptied when you leave. Please wash the dishes and/or to empty the dishwasher.

The tenant is responsible for any damage, contamination or impairment of the rented rooms and items that go beyond normal wear and tear.

If there are any defects in the apartment, please let us know immediately and we will try to resolve them within 48 hours.

Parents are responsible for their children. No liability is assumed for valuables brought in by the tenant. We are not liable for accidents.

In the event of an early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price. However, we will endeavor to rent the apartment to someone else and offset the income accordingly.

We ask you to observe the public quiet times, night quiet from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., as well as the general quiet on Sundays.

If the rental conditions described above are legally invalid, they will be replaced by a corresponding one in the next upcoming regulation.

The other rental conditions remain unaffected and continue to apply.
